Oh my, this is good! Serve it up with a focaccia bread and enjoy. Yum!
I made it last night and yes, I made the full recipe! I froze over half of it in individual servings. Aside from the taste, the best part is this:
Per serving: 169 calories; 5 g fat ( 1 g sat , 3 g mono ); 4 mg cholesterol; 25 g carbohydrates; 0 g added sugars; 7 g protein; 8 g fiber; 641 mg sodium; 718 mg potassium.
Looks great! I've saved it to make another day. It has been bitter cold here - perfect weather for soup dinners.
ReplyDeleteIt's definitely a soup day here... *brrrr* ...and this recipe looks perfect! Thanks for sharing the recipe... I'm gonna try it!
ReplyDeleteI used to eat that WW soup by the gallon. I need to try this variation!
ReplyDeleteOh that looks so good.
ReplyDeleteHave bookmarked it as it would be a good Weight Watcher recipe. The recipe says a serving is 2 cups and it figures up to be only 4 Points Plus which is very good. Thanks for posting the recipe.
ReplyDeleteEating Well has such good recipes! I'll give this one a try.
ReplyDeleteYummy this looks really nice and warm!
