My best friend and quilting buddy likes to do that too; she refers to it as "twirling" and the results are always worthwhile. I'm usually in too big a hurry too clip those stitches and twirl, but there's a lesson here for me: to slow down and enjoy the simplest of pleasures... this is definitely one of those!

I love to do that, too. Sometimes, though it makes the seam allowances go the wrong way later down the line. Now, show us the front!!
