Here's my version of this bag. I used Lion Brand Landscapes yarn in the Pastel Meadow colorway. It took 4 washings to felt it to what I wanted. Of course, I did not use 100% wool, it was 50%wool and 50%acrylic but it is nice and dense. I also used 10.5 US needles. It turned out nice and I was able to carry around the hardback version of the5th Harry Potter book: The Order of the Phoenix. This bag is big enough for me to carry my wallet, a book, my calendar, journal, water bottle and lunch. I have more of this yarn but in the Deep Sea colorway. I think I might crochet a backpack type bag from it.

A Felted Bag
