Whiter Than Snow

I received an email asking me if I wanted a copy of this book. I did and responded. I also mentioned that I pass my books on to Auntie to read. When I got the package there were two books: one for me and one for Auntie. Auntie and I, treated it like a book club for two and we both recently finished this book. It was hard to discuss it with her as she is deaf.

As for me, I liked this book. But then, I live in Colorado and can picture all the settings that Sandra Dallas describes. The avalanche was so descriptive I could actually HEAR it. That type of slide usually happens in the spring when the under layer of snow gets very unstable.
