This video illustrates a powerful point of how much our words can influence; a subject that Mrs Goodneedle and I had a private conversation on not too long ago. You've probably seen this video before, but watch it again.
TOO OFTEN WE UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF A TOUCH, A SMILE, A KIND WORD, A LISTENING EAR, AN HONEST COMPLIMENT, OR THE SMALLEST ACT OF CARING, ALL OF WHICH HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO TURN A LIFE AROUND. LEO F. BUSCAGLIA
I keep this quote at the end of my blog...perhaps I should post it at the beginning. Thanks for sharing the video. :*D
Paula, this was a beautiful video and touched me as well. Too often our words cut and hurt others and it's important to realize that softer, sweeter words can "heal" Take care my friend!
Paula, I am moved to tears. You always have the BEST words; thank you!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness I cried. Thank you for sharing. You really got the message to spread!
