WiP Wednesday

249939371

Technically, this is not a WiP. It is completed. Remember when I talked about alphabets? I happened to be working on this at the time.

There's no sewing going on at the moment because Bernie is still in the shop. Boo-hoo. I did stop in at the Sweetheart Quilt Shoppe (doncha love the name?) and pick up a half-yard of a beeeeautiful red-violet fabric for the challenge quilt. I have decided on a split-complementary color scheme. If you want to know more you will have to drag out the color wheel. There, I'll stop teasing you. O, and the blocks I've already made? are going on the back. It's been decided.

  1. Can you show us the fabric that didn't work on the challenge quilt? Just in case I have that in my stack of fabrics to use.

  2. Love the knitted piece - that must take some amazing powers of concentration to work out getting the letters in the right spot.

  5. So sorry to hear about Bernie's injury. Even when I take my machine in for regular service I get nervous of what "they " could do to it. Hopefully your machine will copme back good as new. I can not knit and in a way I am glad I think I would get nothing done. I really like your work.
