I just love garlic in just about everything (except maybe pancakes! LOL). Dear Hubby says there is nothing better to smell in the house when he comes home after a long day at work than garlic and/or onions sauteeing on the stove!
Then there was the time that I found this really great recipe from a book that had "same as" recipies. This particular one was for the KFC's coleslaw. It called for dried minced onion, I'd made it before, with great success, so I volunteered to make it for a big picnic. Know what? Plastic jars of dried minced garlic look remarkably like plastic jars of dried minced onion. Vampires had no chance at that picnic, nor did anyone else. It was B-A-D.
