It's been a busy week here at Casa del Quilter. Last week I loaded a donation quilt onto the hand quilting frame and over the weekend the majority of the basting was done. This will make a perfect quilt for a boy, doncha think?
An entry into the Rocky Mountain Quilt Festival in August hangs on the design wall awaiting a label. Do you realize that you are looking at the back of the quilt?

Love the purple and gold pinwheels and can't wait to see the front revealed.
ReplyDeleteLOL.... I know a couple of girls who would love go have that race car quilt. And ..... WOW, on the back view of the quilt. I love the spinning wheel look and the row that stops short.
ReplyDeleteAmazing that you hand quilt (I'm assuming that since you've loaded it on a frame....and basted with angled stitching...) a charity quilt. What a great gal you are for doing that. And it is perfect for some boy or young man!
