NONE of us are getting our comment notifications by email. However, a workaround for the time being is to post a comment on your own blog and click the "notify me" box in the lower right corner so you'll get emails from subsequent commenters. HOWEVER, their email will come in as no-reply so you'll need to ferret out their email from the Blogger profile page or your own address book if you already know them.
