I didn't get my fabric painted this weekend. But I did get these postcards made for a guild challenge. Now I need to select just one to put in the challenge. Which one do you like?
Oooh -- they all look fantastic. But without knowing the "rules" for the challenge, I'm going to have to say #3. Love the gate and the house. You must have spent ages satin stitching that one.
Gorgeous! What a tough choice. However, after finishing my guild challenge to make a full quilt that fits into a 3X4 name tag, I completely appreciate the one with the gate! Teeny tiny! Lovely
I'm tempted to say the "gate" one because it's the "prettiest," but then it's more about the technique than the creativity behind it. So, with that criteria in mind, I'd have to pick the bird, which is awfully cute and creative! It's hard to pick, though, because I like them all!
I like them all Paula! The chicadee is nice and simple and really draws you to it at first glance. The gate one kept me looking longer at all the details. The trees are simple and detailed, but they seem more fall like to me. Do you know what the competition is doing? Maybe you can submit one in your name and one in Carguys?
Oh they are all beautiful, but I LOVE the bird one. No wait, put a different one in the challenge and throw away the bird one in my garbage can !!! :) Just make sure I'm around to dig it out!
they're all wonderful! I think I like the chickadee best because it's the most whimsical.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite is the house and garden behind the gate.
ReplyDeleteIt's not an easy choice because I like them all a lot but I would say the birdie would be #1.

ReplyDelete1 is the bird... followed very closely by the house...
ReplyDeleteThey're all wonderful, but I would have to vote for the house behind the gate... the detail in that one does it for me! Great job!
ReplyDeleteI like the trees the best - fall trees are my favorite, so I was drawn to them above the others.
ReplyDeleteI love them all, but my favorite is the house behind the iron gate! I can't believe they are that tiny :)
ReplyDeleteThey are all FABULOUS - favourite for me is the chickadee!
ReplyDeleteThey are all great but I love the first one. What is the challenge? Is there a theme of some sort that one fits to?

ReplyDeleteThey are all wonderful, but if forced to pick one, I'd pick the gate...very interesting to look at.
