What you see here is a lot of quilt. It is king sized and I am stitching down the binding on the back. Hmm. I need a manicure.
Two of the four slickery blouses I made for Auntie. I told you that they look terrible on the hangers, but fit her well.
I always take a pair of socks to knit on during vacation. On vacation in the high country, I kept seeing a road sign: "Falling Rock". It was serendipitous that the yarn I took was this black/dark gray/light gray. I've named these socks Falling Rock.
Love those socks and the fact that you named them. :)
ReplyDeleteI used to know a story about falling rock . . . can't remember it anymore.
ReplyDeleteI love your socks I wish I could knit, I try and just swear.
ReplyDeleteI am very envious of your knitting. It's something that I really want to do, but just can't seem to get the hang of it!!
ReplyDeleteYou have been having quite a variety of projects. That's great. Love how you modelled the wee hat.
ReplyDeleteDo you use those clips to hold your binding down?
ReplyDeleteWe chatted about binding during sew-n-tell... I think I may be the only one who turns it as I go....
You have been busy getting so much done. Those socks look great, and they have a lovely name. The hats are adorable as well.
ReplyDeleteI love the binding you picked for you quilt--I think I have some of that!
ReplyDeleteMan, you have been a busy beaver!
I am always impressed with how much you get done! Love the little hats - it would be worth re-learning to knit to make caps for the babies.
