Design Wall Monday - June 25, 2012

Well, here it is, Monday, and there is nothing on my design wall. Nothing, I tell ya. I was in a finishing mode over the weekend. That's what happens when you have two straight days of 100+ degree F (40C) weather and the sewing room is in the basement.

So what was completed? Labels on four quilts and then presentation bags for three of those quilts. Plus, I started basting the third of four waiting quilts. I'm on a roll, at least for now. I have taken on additional responsibilities of a second job. It's something I like to do: desktop publishing, technical illustration and graphic design. The really nice thing about this, is that it is for a quilting related company. So if I'm a bit scarce, it will be because I'm immersed in work. I'll pop up from time to time to show my progress on whatever I'm working.

  3. Well, that is one thing that is good for technical illustrator, designing something everyday. At least we look forward to something exciting each day.
